Project Overview: A highly technical adaptive reuse project located in Tooele, UT, transforming a former recreational space into a critical healthcare asset.
Apex Commercial Construction was tasked with the conversion of a previous indoor pool area into a fully licensed commercial kitchen. This required extensive demolition of existing aquatic infrastructure, filling and sealing the pool shell, and completely retrofitting the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems to meet health department codes.
The resulting commercial kitchen now serves the nutritional needs of all patients and staff within the treatment facility, demonstrating Apex’s ability to handle complex change-of-use projects.
